Great final week of festivities. Always interesting when playoff spots are on the line and meaningful games are playing in week 14.

thanks alot Kevin! It will be our 4th winning season in the past 5 years. Like you said, our first Division title in team history. We hope everyone stays healthy this week vs Pitt and maybe we can win our first playoff game next week!

Will OL injury slow down the Coyotes?

The Connecticut Coyotes have been on a roll lately. We've had a few small injuries including HB Shannon for a few weeks and one of our starting CBs. Nothing major like what FWS has endured, so we've managed the few nicks and bruises just fine. However, late in the game this week the top Coyote OL Ni...

Connecticut squeeks out another close one

The key to this week's win over Pittsburgh LOOKED to be ball control, but it was actually getting ahead early. Down early, Pitt was forced to pass the ball, keeping it out of the hands of All-Pro running back Bam Morris who only carried FIVE times! Pitt's passing game just wasn't working. This allow...

How'd we win?

We were getting our butts kicked 12-0 by Springfield. 12 sacks and an interception!!!! Then suddenly we woke up in the 4th qtr to score 2 FGs and a TD to win 14-12.

Sorry TC, you deserved to win that one! I'm sure David will pay me back this week for ya :)

i can't find the link to possible ROY candidates, but I'd like to throw my kicker into the mix. He helped w/the game this week vs Springfield - which I should've lost. While his 76.5% FG percentage is only good for 7th in the league, he does have the longest FG this year of 55 yds and is 12/14 insid...

Kirkley had a kickass game, rushing for 4 TDs on 31 carries and receiving 1 TD. But his QB threw for 287 yds and could've won the game w/o Kirkley's amazing performance. Broach meanwhile didn't even get the majority of carries on his team, yet he gained more yards (207) on the ground than his QB thr...

congrats on your successful season so far GBB! with respect to the log files, I quickly scanned thru the game logs and only FWS had the "advanced" play calls. I don't understand what it means, whether it gives him an advantage or disadvantage, but if its just a setting its probably not doing any harm.

Only three owners had passed by then, and we lost my buddy Mike (Fort Wayne) to a heart attack in the playoffs.
I guess the term "buddy" gets used pretty loosely in the future
