... still spells victory. On the Road Again... vs Battle Creek... no guarantees, except that the Bombers will show up. GBBs will need some luck this week... BTW, there's a reason HE RETIRED (?because he is tired, beat up and has had enough?)... to whit:

Green Bay's K1 #2 Connor Barth kicks off to Fort Wayne's WR3 #80 {cripes, can't even give him his NUMBER? tsch, tsch} Ethenic Sands. Sands returns the kick for 15 yards. Sands fumbles the ball. The ball is recovered by LB2 #56 Lawrence Taylor Jr. Taylor Jr runs for a gain of almost 7 yards. Leave THE MAN alone... he's done enough already... ALSO notice the `advanced' state of the FWS PPPs:

2 plays later, the pass from Green Bay's QB1 #4 Jordan Palmer is caught by WR1 #83 Derek Shephard for a gain of almost 6 yards. Touchdown, Green Bay! That was Pass medium right (200) against Fort Wayne's 43PSM-5 (200)... for the hoi poloi, the FIFL is set up to NOT reveal play names until it advances to the next level of comprtition, which SUX for the team offended (as in the team NOT playing at that level?) The FBPRO '97 game does NOT give up play names without advancing to the next stage of competition UNLESS its' PPPs are from a graduated level of competition... so be it, STATS ( total ugh! ) be damned, a W is a W despite the OBVIOUS attempt to compensate for the inferior competition. [side note here, if you're running 43PSM-5 you deserve what you get...] Get your shit together and run FAIR COMPETITION against these weak ass teams! NEVER see it for the perrenialy weak GBBs franchise? 'nuff said

congrats on your successful season so far GBB!

with respect to the log files, I quickly scanned thru the game logs and only FWS had the "advanced" play calls. I don't understand what it means, whether it gives him an advantage or disadvantage, but if its just a setting its probably not doing any harm.

PREFER if the plays were actually listed... it advances this league a tad to the strategeist... but we have LONG been down that road, and unless we get Doc to run his steam loocmotive time machine off the cliff that's never gonna change... BTW, over reaction on my part... mmmyyeehhh, play calls listed is not done on purpose... just touched a nerve

It is a conspiracy...jealousy of the Fort Wayne Safari's dominance...

your offence looks REALLY good so far this season!

BTW Paws is what he is... a GREAT potential guy that loses games?

Bad luck.
2nd down on the GBY 1 yard line. Paws passes for a pick. Who made that call with FB Jones waiting on the sidelines?

Paws also brought his team to the Gold Cup...it was Coleman who fumbled. Defence played well on the ensuing MIN drive but in the end QB Shawn King, finding nobody, scrambled 20 yards for a TD. Wasn't Paws' fault. Just bad luck.

yes...

precisely my point... GBBs sucked totally under his QBship... this guy is the Dan Orlovsky (Congrats on your 1st NFL win!) of the FIFL... VERY difficult to ever fault this QB... excellent >650 attributes for most of his career... but the game colors him blue in the clutch... [that means the game decides this player is not paying attention, or the other team is too good and attempts to compensate {that's compensate, NOT condensation, Johnny... luv Family Guy!} or has an anxiety attack or just plain old gets flash backs or otherwise distracted for some reason OR has money on the game against his team and his attributes drop 25% or worse?] That is why he was CAST OUT (like Spock was in that Star Trek episode) by the Bombers after last season... it was like a black rain cloud disappeared after he left... just sayin'

'black rain left'....okay maybe Paws wasn't for you...

...but Sands' fumble could have totally changed the outcome of the game, and what is your replacement for Paws, anyways? Fort Wayne has the #13 pass defence. Against that GBY Palmer gained only 12 receptions.
