FIFL Celebrates Queen Victoria Day

Post by Mike »

From Ottawa: Wow! This is great! We have a National Holiday to celebrate Queen Victoria's birthday. Queen Victoria was instrumental in the early development of Canada in the mid-to-late 1800s. We celebrate Victoria Day on May 21st each year. I am very happy to see that FIFL will be playing in honour of Queen Victoria. Guess you Revolutionaries south of the 49th parallel will be adopting more Canadian habits, and perhaps become part of the Commonwealth?
