Quebec Couple Tries to Skip Curfew

In the province of Quebec Canada (north of New York state), the virus has been quite rampant...highest per capita in Canada.
The provincial government has imposed a curfew. 8pm. Stores are closed. You have to have a very good reason to be outside after 8pm.
One exception is walking your dog within a km of your house. People are renting dogs.
One couple took it to the next level.
