Player gets cut, picked up, wins playoff game

In week 10, Safety Tarron Acuff was released.
Week 15 TEN picked up Acuff.
IN the Wk 15 game he did nothing...except return a fumble for 30+ yards to the CHE 2 yard line, resulting in a TD.

Acuff's fumble recovery and 36 yard return gave Tennessee's defense a nice cushion as the 4th quarter began. It was only the series before that LB Corey Dodds recovered a Kingsbury fumble and returned it to the Tide's 1 yard line. The credit for this game goes to the opportunistic defense, as the offense was pinned inside the 10 yard line for the better part of the day, due to incredible situational punting by Chesapeake's Chris Koepplin.
