Springfield HB Leroy McFadden has now surpassed HB Rashaan Dumas as the FIFL's 4th All-Time leading rusher with 13,155 yards at the end of Week 13.
Even with the star running back's most recent accomplishment, the focus has been on reported rumors that McFadden told some private sources that he should have retired after winning another championship last season.
When asked about that statement again, McFadden replied - "My focus is on helping the Slayers win against Everett this week for a chance to get into the postseason, period." When asked if he plans to retire after the 2021 season, he replied - "My focus is on helping the Slayers win against Everett this week for a chance to get into the postseason, period. Any other questions?"
